I use Outlook to send emails for my company. When I send emails to my clients, they receive two emails and when they respond to one of my emails it contains the message I sent within itself. The emails look like this:
Hi Carol, I am reviewing all tasks in EPASS and noticed that there are some SPCC locations that only have a monthly inspection. Shouldn’t they have at a minimum a monthly inspection and the annual plan review? Hi Carol,

My client has said that they are receiving two emails when I only have one showing up in my sent files. What could cause this to happen?
