Do you still create new transport rules for configuring email signatures in your organization? Simplify the process by configuring them using disclaimers. Using disclaimers is the easiest way to create org-wide email signatures. It saves your time with its preselected rule conditions and settings.
Many organizations prefer to use a single template for all email signatures, with the option to automatically personalize each signature for users. Azure AD attributes can be used as placeholders to achieve this. However, it's important to note that the use of email signatures with disclaimers also comes with some limitations for users.
