Duplicate 365 Family Safety Emails

  I'm setup to receive weekly summaries for a member of my 365 Family Safety account, and for quite a few of these weeks I've received duplicate emails. All the emails you see below, report the exact same thing, for the exact same person.

Seems not quite normal. may raise a ticket to Microsoft to check from the backend

I have the same issue.
First there where two, now I get four.
