Does anyone know of a way where we can escalate microsoft 365 cases? im not getting any updates.

I have had a case opened since before the holidays that has had no movement on it and i for the life of me i cannot find a way to escalate this to anyone else. I have asked for a manager several times and they are refusing to put me in contact with them.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you purchase via CSP or EA? May contact your CSP if this is the case
