Hi, my client encountered an error when testing the change label function in a disposition review. The client has E5 licence and the correct permissions/roles. However, when we were testing the different functions for disposition reviewers, the extend files disposition date and approve disposal both worked but when we tried to change the label we received this error: Client Error Original Tag name is null.
The list of available labels were available, we tried twice by selecting different labels to change to, but the same error occurred. Any ideas why? Thank you.
