I have a user where when he receives a warning message for any email with pdf attachment he receives. The only way to get rid of it is to run outlook in admin mode and unchecking the box. Unfortunately, the popup shows up again after few weeks. He is also the only person experiencing this. My question is how can I disable this popup message permanently?
Things I have tried
- Removed/disabled all adobe Foxit addons from outlook
- Reinstalled office and made sure it's up to date. He has E3 license and used the online installer for installation.
- Tried the Microsoft repair tool
- Used this article to edit the registry Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments (microsoft.com)
- The Microsoft rep referred me to this community to see if anyone has a solution for this.
Thanks
