Why is it (apparently) impossible to disable Stream within Microsoft Teams?
I followed all the instructions here:

It is also disabled in the Teams settings in the admin portal.
No one has a license. I can't seem to remove the option to add a Stream tab from the Teams UI despite everything mentioned above. Has anyone else seen this / knows the magic trick to disable it? The concern is that when we roll out Teams, users will see it and try to use it, which they can't (yet).
