Our users access their Office 365 devices from personal devices and simply log onto their account on that device, adding to tp their own email software etc.
One user uses outlook and recently had an issue when they reset their password it locked their computer and they had to log into their Office 365 account (not their personal account) to retrieve the bitlocker key to access their device.
The image above shows where they went to retrieve this key.
Is it possible to turn this off so that the device doesn't become associated with the office 365 account or our org, after all they're using a personal device to access this account and so disabling the device should be associated to their personal account in this case.
Any help is much appreciated.
