Disable AutoSave Feature on SharePoint Online

So i am trying to disable Auto-save feature on SharePoint online. All the Articles i have seen online says i should go to file>Option in any of the office online apps and disable but that option seems to be missing on mine. See screenshot below..

Please i need to disable this feature to enable my flow behave correctly. Please what can be the reason here and what can i do to disable this feature. I will really Appreciate swift response because it is quite urgent. Thanks

You cannot disable this for the web/browser client, just for the desktop applications.
