Deleted folders Reappear in MS 365 Bus Basic Outlook

Simple straightforward features features is all we ask for.  If a feature wasn't designed to work or be what it appears to be to users, give users a dialog that warns of the issue or limitation.

How can unwanted folders be permanently deleted from Of365's web-based Outlook, and be permanently removed from connected devices using the same account of course??

The deleted folder goes into the Deleted Items folder, and I have even deleted it from the Deleted Items folder, but it reappears.  This is crazy.

Are you perhaps trying to delete one of the "system" folders? Even though some clients will allow you to do so, any system folder will be recreated. And yeah, there are quite few system ones that I really dont care about either, but...

If it's happening for regular user created folders, try reproducing the issue in OWA with Outlook and any mobile apps temporarily switched off.

The RSS Subscriptions folder.

We would like to remove the Groups also, but one step at a time.

Would MFCMAPI work with the OWA to micro-manage displayed items.

That's a system folder. MFCMAPI will work, but they will get recreated eventually. Read here for details/instructions: https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/delete-outlooks-default-folders/
