Delete email accounts and retain their emails for a period of time

Hi Friends,

Is there a way or subscription that could solve my inquiry stated on the subject?. I want to delete some accounts used previously by now terminated employees, however I need their emails to stay and be accessible when needed.

Do not delete bur just disable them.
