Deactivate monthly Viva digest for all employees

We want to deactivate the monthly digest ("This is your month in review") for all employees. But I cannot find a setting in the Admin Center to achieve that.

We have already deactivated all the options within the service settings for ‎Microsoft Viva Insights (formerly MyAnalytics)‎, i.e. Outlook Add-in, weekly digest etc.

Where can I turn it off?

From my understanding that should be enough. Could it be a matter of propagation time?
