I understand that part, it says so in the article.

I am more interested in the period after the preview phase. What license is needed then?

We are still finalizing the licensing for this product. We will be notifying about licensing as we approach end of preview phase.
Is this available in Government Community Cloud (GCC) tenants for State & Local Government customers, Law Enforcement, etc.?
If not, when? Thank you.

@Rishabh Agrawal

Hello!  How do we enable this public preview option for our tenant.  I thought I saw you do this somewhere in Sharepoint, but I can't find the setting.

I too would like to know this, I was really looking forward to the July release.

@Rishabh Agrawal I would also love to know when/whether the free version will be available in the Netherlands.
