Hello,
So, I am writing a thesis and I copied the layout of a table of contents from another document. Randomly when I click or try to edit the table of contents to fit my needs it turns a dark gray or links to and references the original document. When I hover it says ctrl-click to go to the document. How do I remove this? None of the information on my table of contents is the same as the reference document but I cannot seem to resolve this issue. I have tried a number of methods to correct his including blocking the author but it does not resolve the issue. Any insight would be most appreciated!
