[Case #:30238440] Free busy calendar not working past one month from On-prem to Exchange online

[Case #:30238440] Free busy calendar not working past one month , Microsoft support started sending Technet /KB to read and fix,  after that every day they are sending one or more powershell command for the run and send the result. 

 

I'm frustrated with Microsoft's support, especially the Shanghai team.

 

what is the escalation matrix for the support, I asked multiple times to escalate the case.
