Cannot view free/busy

Have you encountered an issue where a single user's free/busy cannot be retrieved in Outlook and webmail?


Per checking, the Default permission for Calendar is set to availability already. I am still searching on what else needs to be checked for this user.

There can be a number of reasons for that, but you haven't specified any details so it's hard to guess. That said, there are very detailed resources available online to troubleshoot issues with free/busy, look them up and follow the guidance therein.
