Cannot update NS records within the Domain section on the Admin Dashboard

Hi all,


My NS records are set to point at Microsoft but I get an error message saying that they're incorrectly configured and is actually pointing to the DNS of my hosted website. Since reaching out to my hosted provider, they said this is something I will need to amend and update myself.


Am I delusional and overlooking the small edit icon where I can actually update this or is this actually something my provider needs to help update on their side?

Thanks for your reply (the only one I might add).


I figured out what the problem was - it was the company we registered our domain with, they didn't update the necessary records when we requested to add M365. Spoke to them about it and they rectified their mistake by updating the records on their side.
