Hi @Marvin Oco,

there are a few workarounds that you can use:

  • You can contact Microsoft support to have them change the Sold-to address for you.
  • You can create a new billing account and transfer your subscriptions to the new account.
  • You can purchase a new Microsoft 365 subscription with the correct Sold-to address.

If you need to change the Sold-to address for your Microsoft 365 subscription, I recommend that you contact Microsoft support for assistance. They will be able to help you determine the best course of action for your organization.
