I want to stop people sending an email to multiple external clients using CC by mistake when they should be using BCC.
Example. An employee chooses 30 clients to email to tell them about a online demo we are doing and accidently puts the emails into the CC box instead of BCC and they all see each others email addresses. Could I set up a rule that if I have say if there are over 10 external email addresses it automatically warms them or moves them all to the BCC box before sending?
