BPMN stencils not available

I can't access the BPMN stencils after opening a new visio file using the BPMN diagram file template.

Do the stencils have to be down loaded and installed?

I have the same issue.  I have access to the BPMN stencils on the desktop version but not office 365 Visio Pro.  

Curious as to why there has not been any response to the originator of this chat thread!
