My team uses Microsoft Bookings to facilitate appointments. Previously, there used to be an "Edit customer information" button within each individual booking (i.e. Calendar > click relevent booking > Edit customer information). From there, we could use this function to copy text for items like email and other contact info provided.
This buttom seems to have been removed. Have others had this issue, and is there an alternative way to copy customer info text? Otherwise it's hard and time consuming with complex emails etc.
