Blocked from your own Microsoft Account

I've just migrated from a MacBook Air to a MacBook Pro. Everything went smoothly except Microsoft. It doesn't recognise me and now I have View Only access to my documents as I' using a Mac.


What do I need to do to ensure that I'm allowed to continue working on a Mac (as I have been doing for years).  I have a paid subscription and work as a freelancer with a business that uses Microsoft suite.


Thanks for any help. I'm sure it's a small setting somewhere that needs tweaking.

Hello, Please make sure that your office 365 plan is still valid. or your device use limit reached. Please check it first or contact microsoft support team


What is migration approach used?
