Best practice for general shared address book

Hello all,


We are a company with subsidies in Switzerland (Zurich) and Berlin (Germany). We are using Microsoft365 with multiple Business Basic and Business Standard licenses.


I am the responsible person for the internal Microsoft365 use.


I am desperately looking for a best practice to implement a global address book which both subsidies can use and edit inside Outlook. Especially important for us is, that the solution can be used with:


  • Outlook Client
  • Outlook Web
  • iOS (iPhone and iPad)
  • Android

This is actually the biggest problem as far as I see as every solution I have tried so far does at least not support one of the listed items. 


I would appreciate any input that can help us achieve what we are looking for.
