Audio Conferencing Now Free?

I found this announcement here - Microsoft Teams add-on licenses - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs

"From now until May 31, 2022, customers can add Audio Conferencing to a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription for free for up to 12 months. Starting on March 1, 2022, Audio Conferencing functionality will be included in all Teams-inclusive Microsoft 365 and Office 365 licenses."

Does this apply to academic license holders? We are currently A3 and would like to have this ability.

It doesn't look like Education licenses are included.

Thanks for the information Kevin. Hopefully they will extend this to Ed customers as well.
