App to replace Dropbox Paper

Hi,

 

We have recently migrated from Dropbox to SharePoint. I am looking for an app that has similar capabilities to Dropbox Paper. We previously used Paper to coordinate teamwork for preparation of tender submissions. In Paper, we used:

  • Task management (assigned to individuals, with a due date)
  • Idea sharing (word type function for this bit)
  • Timeline / gantt chart (managing milestones leading up to the due date)
  • Automated reminders to users of due / overdue tasks

Would love to hear any suggestions of microsoft apps that would have similar capability. Thank you :)

Microsoft OneNote : OneNote is a note-taking app from Microsoft that allows you to organize information and collaborate with others. It also offers a wide range of formatting options and tools for adding multimedia content.

Thank you @soyidapras .... I've struggled to find any tips to achieve similar capability e.g. I found a tutorial on creating a to-do list but it didn't look like you could assign due dates and responsible staff as such. Do you have any suggestions on where to look for help / guidance please?
