Admin portal not working again

I can log into outlook.com and when I click on the admin portal, it doesn't load. Just spins forever and has been like this for at least 36 hours. Where can I see a status page of what pages/products are having issues? Also is there an ETA on this?

 

I am located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
