Accessing support on a recently closed M365 tenant ?

After a M&A we recently closed down our M365 tenant to move to a new owners M365 tenant. I have a support question on the old tenant, but since it's closed I no longer can login to access to M365 support. Is there a way to contact M365 support in this situation ?

Thank you for the telephone contacts details. I did make contact with a support but unfortunately the support person told me that once a tenant has been closed it is no longer possible to access any data on that tenant or raise a support case about that tenant.
