2 different start up screens for Microsoft 365

I have two laptops with latest Microsoft 365 installed. The start up screens for Microsoft 365 in both laptops are different. 

In one laptop Microsoft 365 comes at the top left corner and Microsoft comes written on a white background. In another laptop, it comes in standard way of app wise orange, green, and blue backgrounds with Microsoft 365 written in large letters.

Can anyone tell why these 2 different start up screens?

You're running different builds of Office, the one on the left is likely on the Current channel, whereas the other is either on the Semi-annual channel or hasn't been updated in a while.
