For approximately 1 month I'm having problems with Word due to the fact that it is closing automatically. I have already contacted technical support via chat several times, through case 1053266974, but they informed me that all possible negotiations had already been carried out, without solution, that I should contact them through the community.
When I open the operating system crash viewer, the following data appears:

I need help to resolve the situation.
