My OneNote account has a permission required error connecting to the OneNote online and across devices causing me to not access my Notebooks. We tried to open the existing notebooks but there are errors, tried creating a new notebook but still got an error. I will raise this concern here so that you can further investigate about the case as to what has happened on my account even trying to access the Incognito browser yet still no go. Please advise and investigate the case as I need this urgently. Screenshots of the errors are indicated below. Thank you so much.
