My mother has been raving about how useful OneNote is, but it does not seem to work? Upon opening, I am asked to sign in using an email/phone number/etc. Once I put in my email and hit 'Next' I am immediately greeted by a loading circle and then nothing. The screen is completely white with no options other than just exiting the app altogether. No matter where I tap on the screen, nothing changes.
I'm using an LG Stylo 2 android phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it at least 5 times, rebooted my phone, and cleared any data/cache all with the same result.
Is there any way to fix this?
