No longer possible to insert file in Onenote Mac

Hello,
It isn't possible for me anymore to insert a file in a OneNote Page.
Upload to Onedrive and insert a shortcut
Insert as attachment
Insert als Printout!
Nothing works for me.
I'm on insider 16.56,21110201
I'm on Mac Monterey (official release) 12.0.1

I'm having the identical issue.  I'm still on Big Sur.  Just started a few days ago.  I've tried adding Full Access rights to OneNote in Privacy Settings.  Still doesn't insert file or OneDrive links.

I checked my install history and see that Microsoft updated Onenote three times already in November.
