Separate group specific emails from everyday emails

Good morning, 

I am new to groups and I have recently been added to a Microsoft group. So now I receive my normal emails along with group directed emails all in the same inbox. Is there a way to separate the two to where I have a mailbox just for the groups and my regular mailbox. And am I able to put the group specific emails on my favorites so that I do not have to go through several steps to filter out messages?

The Group mailbox should appear on the left nav page, use this entry if you only want to see the group's messages. And the reason why you are receiving them in your Inbox is that you have "subscribed" to the group. Once you select the Group mailbox in the left pane, you can toggle the "subscribe" option off if you dont want to receive the messages in Inbox going forward.
