I have an admin whose users "New Group" button is grayed out on the Outlook ribbon. Mine shows with no issue. They are in version 1902(I am 1908). They feel it was there and now is missing. I am stumped. Any suggestions would be great.

Do you perhaps have a policy that blocks group creation? The button can also be grayed out via GPO/reg keys.
