Does anyone know why when I upload documents to OneDrive within the O365 Groups and share it with a user. When user navigate to the OneDrive for Business App on IOS, those shared documents are not there.

Mmm...that could be a problem in the ODFB App for iOS. If you see the file in the Shared with me view of ODFB, you should also see it in your iOS
