How to check who removed members of distribution list?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to check who removed members of the specific distribution list? 

I am trying audit log search but I am not seeing there an option to check it for the distribution list.

If it's a "traditional" distribution group, best use the Admin audit log in the EAC: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/exchange-auditing-reports/view-adm...
