In my Outlook 2016, there is a Groups heading on the left and my O365 groups are listed under that. We wanted to show a user how to access her O365 Groups in Outlook but there is no Groups heading in her Outlook. Why is it missing and how do we turn it on? She can view her groups in OWA but I wanted to know why it's not showing in her Outlook desktop application. We use O365 for email and do not have any Exchange on premises.

Is her Outlook profile configured in Cached mode? Other than that, check for any autodiscover issues.

All the Outlook profiles are in cached mode, including mine, and I have the Groups header.
