Hi all,
What does the group connection to Zendesk do? Will my users somehow be able to manage Zendesk tickets inside of groups?

Hmmm, that subject title is not what I intended it to be obviously... Wonder if some admin can change it....

Hi Magnus, you should be able to edit your own message by clicking on the three dots in the upper right of the message then "edit".
