My idea was to name the group with an ID and use the title to update as needed. so CITA-P001 has the title "CITA-P Americas (Andy)" But these title changes just don;t propagate everywhere. OWA works after a browser refresh but SharePoint and One Drive for Business and File Explorer never seem to catch up. This latest from the OneDrive for Business sync client just never gets updated with the correct Group titles - is there a magic SYNC NOW button somewhere?
