Group Alias - changes & Welcome notifcations

I've recently set up a new microsoft 365 group alias email, but then immediately after had to change it's name/title and email detail due to an error in set up.  Is there a follow up email to the original Welcome notifcation from Microsoft 365 that is sent out, or can be sent out to all team members in the Private group, to notify them of the change, after I've edited the details?

Just address a new email to the group? Every member that is "subscribed" to the group will receive it in their own Inbox, others can see it via the Group mailbox.
