Display of availability in a group Calendar

I have created a group with 4 members and I plan to share this group calendar with other users. But my requirement is a bit different about the availability of the members. I would like to show the group is available in a time slot if any one member of the group is available. Can this be achieved using normal configurations? or I need to do some customizations. Please let me know/point me to some direction and I can try to have a solution. 
Also, can the same solution be integrated into MS TEAMS?
