Changing reply info in the header to reply-all by default

Hello,

Is there a way to change the defaut behavior for an email sent to a MS365 group so that when a user reply, it will reply to the group ?

Hello.
You can try to create a transport rule for that, The rule should add the Reply-To: header to each message addressed to the group.

The better approach is using a custom Power Automate flow that will do the same thing.
