Access Request screen ; although added myself to the office 365 group by Admin-Groups section

Hi,

There was a requirement for checking a office 365 group site; where being a global admin could not so had to go to Admin groups section select and add owner and then added myself.

However, i am still getting Access Request screen

Are you still having that problem? Access to the Group site is not instant once you have added the user in the Group

yes, it takes an hour or two to get things sorted; not like classic team site where we could add permission and straightway start using it.
