I guess I can go first 🙂

I'm the General Manager of a startup called Kairos. We solve one of the toughest challenges in the post covid workplace: Meetings!

I was told about tech communities through my network and I joined for three reasons:
1. Kairos is looking for early adopters. Our Outlook Add-On is starting to get traction, but would love to have more eyes on it to help us move towards product-market-fit. Feel free to reach out here or on LinkedIn: Kristy Hissa.
2. I've worked on G-Suite for the last decade. Microsoft is a whole new world. Change management is hard! And I'd really like to gain my old productivity back in this new environment.
3. I'm obsessed with copilot and want to learn more use cases to help me drive productivity + innovation for the business.

@Emily_Swab : Thank you! That's hard to answer. I find that I try a lot of things because the microsoft suite is vast. But then I catch myself losing valuable time because it never works the way I think about it.... so the initial user adoption curve is rough and time-intensive. Finding support resources is hard because, again, the Microsoft universe is just so vast.

What would be really helpful is having a guided onboarding journey / curriculum for folks. Selfishly, I'd love one for (1) software startup business owners ... (2) that have switched from G-Suite ... but I know that's a tough ask 🙂
