Currently, certain Microsoft Graph API methods do not support Azure AD B2C tenants. With the impending retirement of Azure AD Graph in June, developers are left with no forward path for migrating common UI features such as displaying/updating a user's profile photo.
Please close the functionality gap between Azure AD Graph and Microsoft Graph to enable B2C applications to be migrated fully.
