One of the biggest frustrations of using Microsoft bookings has to be how difficult it is to determine what each appointment in my calendar is. This is largely due to the fact there doesn't appear to be any support for using merge fields in the the event titles so my calendar is filled with just appointment types. To make matters worst the event details do not feature ANY of the contact information for the client. The only mention of who is actually going to be at the appointment is in the booking confirmation email a problem when you get about 20 emails a day and two weeks can go by from the time of booking. To solve this I have taken to creating another event at the same time with the person who I am meeting but I'm sure you understand why this is highly problematic. (See attached below)
