I've found on several occasions when I've needed to engage with a colleague they're showing as 'Busy' (Red) or 'Away' (Yellow) or 'offline' (White), etc. and I've made great use of the "Turn on notifications" feature to alert me when they become available. I love this feature, but I would like a little addition to it. i.e., when you click to turn it on, I would like for it to prompt for a Why? You then have the option to enter something to remind yourself why you wanted to engage with the individual so when the alert pops up to say they're now available you can see a note reminding you why you wanted to speak with them. Maybe it's just me, but on many occasions, I enable the alert because I'm happy to wait for the person to be free before bothering them with my query, but then when they're free I forget what it was I wanted to raise with them!
