Vendor company says "There is no MS copilot license"

Hello, I work for a company  that uses E3 licenses, and when copilot released on the 1st of November, we wanted to try the Microsoft Copilot. When contacting our vendor about copilot license,  they offered "Microsoft sales copilot" which is not the product we wanted. They said that they do not sell MS copilot license because there is no such license. What does it even mean? How do I purchase the license for Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft 365 copilot is Available to enterprise Customers if they have minimum 300 M 365 E3/E5 Licenses

thank you for your reply, @SharmaNeeraj . Our company has over 1000 E3 users and many more other licenses. Is there any other requirements other than this?
