I got the license from Microsoft (business standard) and downloaded the Microsoft 365 package but I still can't find the Copilot button help pleas!

Hello Did you Bought Microsoft 365 Copilot License by paying 360 USD for an year ? on top of Microsoft 365 Business Standard .
