Shortcut to Open Windows 11 Copilot and Microphone

I'd like a shortcut to start Copilot and open the microphone so that I can immediately ask my question.

Currently, I press Win + C to open Copilot, but then I have to click the microphone to start asking my questions.

Is there a way to open Copilot in some way that lets me just start talking?

Hi, Windows 11 doesn't currently support a direct shortcut to open the Copilot with the microphone active. However, there are few creative methods can be used. One possible method involves using third-party macro software that can automate a sequence of actions. These programs can be complex, so proceed with caution if you're not familiar with them.

Popular macro software includes AutoHotkey or AutoIt.
You would need to create a macro that presses Win + C followed by a click on the microphone icon in Copilot.
